Join the Richmond Youth Peace Project in celebrating Black History Month with our youth Educoncert, Generation Dream 2010, Saturday, February 27, 2010, at 7 p.m. at the Henrico Theater, 305 E. Nine Mile Road in Highland Springs, VA. Admission to the show is free. Please reserve seats in advance by calling the theater at 328-4491.

The performance features youth performers from throughout the Richmond metropolitan area, along with several adult professional artists. Performances will include percussion by Drums No Guns; drumming by Ezibu Muntu and Rave' Williams, instrumental music by harpist Ian McVoy, and pianist Daniel Leibovic; original spoken word poetry by Daniel José Custódio and members of the Richmond Youth Peace Project (RYPP), two step teams, and a positive rap performance by Fundamental.
Generation Dream 2010 is a production of the Richmond Peace Education Center (www.rpec.org) and Drums No Guns. It is co-sponsored by the Henrico County Department of Recreation and Parks.
